Ukee Days
The annual Ukee Days festival is a weekend of fun for the whole family! Ukee Days kicks off with a scrumptious Salmon BBQ, Whiskey Dock Run and Longboard competition. The next morning begins with a pancake breakfast and parade. Enjoy two event-filled days of Logger Sports, kids games, face painting, live entertainment, great selections of food and crafts, contests, and prizes!
Whale Festival
It's about grey whales and marine life education, inspirational talks and interpretive walks, children's fun for the small and culinary events for the tall, First Nations cultural workshops and more - come and experience a coastal tradition! Mark your calendars for 2013 festival dates, March 16-24th.
Edge to Edge Marathon
The Annual Edge to Edge is a destination race unlike any other. The Marathon and Relay take place between the two towns of Tofino and Ucluelet on the Pacific Rim of Vancouver Island.
Paddle the Edge Kayak Race
The annual Paddle the Edge Kayak Race is sponsored by Majestic Ocean Kayaking. Join us for a fun kayak race on June 8, 2013, the day before the Edge to Edge Marathon.
The Ucluelet Salmon Ladder Derby
The Ucluelet Salmon Ladder Derby is an annual event that runs all summer long! The sports fishing
community has come together to organize this season-long derby to give visitors and locals the chance to win some serious cash prizes, and to raise funds and awareness for salmon enhancement on the west coast! Net proceeds are donated to the Thornton Creek Hatchery.
The Pacific Rim Arts Society
PRAS is a volunteer-based, non-profit society serving the districts of Tofino and Ucluelet, and First Nations communities in the Clayoquot Sound/ Long Beach area, on the West Coast of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. Our goal is to help build happy, healthy communities by bringing people together through arts and culture.
